  • No Spam or Unauthorized Advertising: Users are prohibited from sending unsolicited messages or advertising products or services unrelated to Jobhost.
  • No Data Scraping: Users are prohibited from scraping, crawling, or using any automated means to extract data from the Jobhost platform.

2. Consultation Use

  • Responsible Consultation Use: Clients must use consultations responsibly, adhering to agreed-upon schedules and respecting the consultant's time.
    • Example: Do not repeatedly reschedule or miss appointments without valid reason.
  • Prohibition of Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities during consultations is strictly prohibited.
  • Consultation Rules: Users must adhere to the consultant's rules regarding communication, deliverables, and other restrictions, as specified in the consultation agreement.
  • Reporting Issues: Users must promptly report any consultation issues or problems to the consultant and Jobhost.
  • Client Responsibilities: Clients must adhere to project scopes, provide necessary information, and respect the consultant's expertise.

3. Consultation and Payment

  • Accurate Consultation Information: Users must provide accurate consultation information and payment details.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations and refunds are subject to the consultant's cancellation policy and Jobhost's terms of service.
  • Prohibition of Fraudulent Activities: Fraudulent consultations or payment activities are strictly prohibited.
  • No Circumventing the Platform: Users must not attempt to circumvent Jobhost’s consultation and payment system.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

  • User-Generated Content: Users are responsible for the content they upload, including descriptions and deliverables. Content must be accurate and not misleading.
  • No Infringement: Users must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Use of Trademarks and Logos: Users must not use Jobhost’s trademarks or logos without permission.

5. Account Security and Verification

  • Strong Passwords: Users must maintain strong passwords and protect their account credentials.
  • No Unauthorized Access: Unauthorized access to accounts is prohibited.
  • No Sharing Account Information: Users must not share their account information with others.
  • Identity and Skill Verification: Both consultants and clients may be required to verify their identity and skills. Users must provide accurate profile information.

6. Compliance with Laws and Taxation

  • Compliance with Applicable Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws and professional licensing.
  • Local Ordinances and Regulations: Users must adhere to local ordinances and regulations related to online consultations.
  • Tax Obligations: Consultants are responsible for understanding and fulfilling their tax obligations related to consultation income.

7. Consultant Responsibilities

  • Accurate Profiles: Consultants must provide accurate and up-to-date profiles and skill descriptions.
  • Professional Services: Consultants are responsible for providing professional and high-quality services.
  • Responsiveness: Consultants must be responsive to client inquiries and issues.
  • Contractual Agreements: Consultants are required to provide their contractual agreements, specifying project scopes and deliverables, on their profile for client review. Clients should review these agreements before booking a consultation.

8. Safety and Communication Procedures

  • Safety Practices: Users must follow safety guidelines provided by Jobhost.
  • Agreed-Upon Secure Communication: While JobHost's messaging is preferred for initial communication, consultants and clients may agree on an alternative video conferencing tool for consultations. The consultant will then securely provide the meeting link within the JobHost messaging platform or via an agreed upon method.
  • Reporting Issues: Users must report any issues or inappropriate behavior to Jobhost immediately.

9. Consequences of Violations and Dispute Resolution

  • Consequences: Violations of this policy may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.
